Your health is the most important thing you have.
My aim is to help you take care of it and to allow you to get the most out of your life.

Your health is important. It influences many aspects of your life – energy, focus, sleep, even the enjoyment you feel day to day.
When your body is well-nourished and in balance, you feel energised, you can be productive, think clearly and are more able to enjoy the things you love. But when your health is compromised, fatigue can sap your enthusiasm, brain fog clouds your thinking, and digestive issues, headaches, or pain can affect your quality of life.
I’m Harry, a nutritional therapist and kinesiologist, specialising in digestive issues like IBS, weight loss, energy and men’s health. I believe that good health, both physical and mental, is more than just being free from disease. It’s about having the energy and freedom to make the most of every day and is the foundation of a full and happy life.
With over 15 years of experience, I have helped people with a range of conditions to overcome their health challenges, start to take responsibility for their health and find a renewed passion for life.

Nutritional therapy aims to improve health and help symptoms by optimising your food and lifestyle, with nutritional supplements when needed.
There is now a significant amount of scientific research that shows there is a wide range of conditions that can be managed better with dietary changes than medication alone.

Conditions that can respond well to Nutritional Therapy include:
- Digestive issues (bloating, flatulence, IBS)
- Weight-loss / weight management
- Low energy / fatigue
- Controlling blood sugar
- Food intolerances
- Sleep issues
- Stress management
- Men’s health

Since seeing Harry, my pains have gone from unbearable to almost gone completely and I can eat a lot more things. I’m very happy with the changes. I can even sleep through the night now!

Digestive Issues
Digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, and IBS are common and can be very uncomfortable and disruptive to your life.
As they are often linked to diet, nutrition and lifestyle changes can make a big difference. Even simple things like staying well-hydrated or increasing fibre intake can improve symptoms.
For some people, such as those with inflammatory bowel disease, an individualised, evidence-based approach is absolutely necessary, but a well formulated plan can provide long-term relief for anyone suffering with digestive issues.
Whether it’s a case of identifying food intolerances, removing problem foods and developing a healthy pattern of eating that nourishes your body, having a professional protocol can significantly improve symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Weight Loss
Most people have tried one or many diets and found that they are unsustainable in the long run and that the weight comes straight back afterwards.
Losing weight isn’t about depriving yourself or adopting unnatural eating patterns. It’s about developing healthy habits that are achievable and that you enjoy, so they can easily become part of your life.
By making small, sustainable changes and nourishing your body with healthy foods that are right for you as an individual, you can see results quickly and easily and feel your energy increase and your health improve for the long term as well.
I can help you find the plan that works for you, so you can enjoy food and get more out of life.

Food Intolerances
Food intolerances can give rise to a host of troubling symptoms, many of which appear unrelated to dietary causes.
Headaches or migraines, low energy, brain fog, eczema, sinus congestion, even heart symptoms can be a result of food intolerances. Reactions can also be delayed, making them hard to connect to specific foods or diet in general.
Proven methods such as elimination diets, digestive system support, or functional testing can help reveal the underlying causes of symptoms and taking a strategic approach can be very helpful.
By looking your symptom picture, personal history and dietary habits I can draw on clinical insight to create a plan, which can help uncover the root causes of your symptoms and provide a way of resolving them.

Men’s health
Men’s health issues are more common that most people imagine, but men are often unlikely to seek help and can suffer in silence for years.
Prostate problems, erectile dysfunction or low testosterone (which can lead to fatigue, low libido and reduced muscle mass) can significantly affect a man’s quality of life, but they still remain a taboo subject for many people.
Mental health can also be a major issue for men, but men are much less likely to seek help than women.
Good nutrition plays a vital role in overall health and a typical western diet can throw hormones and metabolism off balance. With the right foods and some targeted supplements and simple lifestyle changes, men can boost their stamina, improve sexual function and find relief from symptoms that limit their life in many ways.
